Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherspoon can relate.

While cleaning their home in preparation for a cross-country move back to Atlanta, Weatherspoon’s wife uncovered an uncashed game check from last season that apparently had casually slipped their minds.

“My gal just found a game check, I guess moving does have its perks ha,” Weatherspoon tweeted Tuesday.

Weatherspoon inked a $1.25 million bonus when he signed with the Cardinals last offseason and made $2.35 million in base salary in 2015. That means a single game check would have been worth approximately $138,000.

Makes you wonder the places where one might misplace a six-figure paycheck. Between the couch cushions? In the dog’s cage? Sock drawer?

Weatherspoon, who returned to the Falcons earlier this month for a cool $1 million, tweeted this was merely a case of direct deposit amnesia. Happens to everybody.
