Fake Whistle Confuses Miami And Wake Forest Players

Well, during the punt, apparently fans in the stands at Sun Life Stadium blew a whistle which caused all the players to stop in their tracks.



Per the head official: "During the play, fans from the stand blew a whistle. It was not an official whistle. The play is ruled dead based on that. No safety."

Unfortunately for Wake Forest, Miami would score on the next possession and take the lead for the first time all game.
