FA Cup prize money: How much do clubs receive?
The prize money from the first round proper onwards has increased significantly in 2022-23, starting with a £41,000 prize for clubs who make it beyond that stage – up from less than £23,000 in 2021-22.
Winning in the third round - when Premier League teams enter the competition - is worth an extra £23,000 this season.

How much money do the FA Cup winners receive?
The winners’ windfall will be £2m in 2022-23, with the runners-up receiving £1m.
That’s up from the £900,000 netted by Chelsea for their defeat on penalties in the 2021-22 final and the £1.8m pocketed by Liverpool for lifting the trophy.
