Donskoi, San Jose’s 24-year-old Finnish rookie, scored the Sharks’ first goal of the game, then, after they blew a 3-0 lead,  scored again to put them up 4-3 over the Kings. The Game 5 score wound up 5-3, and the Sharks avoided another L.A. collapse.

Brent Burns, your thoughts?

A few things about that: As a childless adult who has spent some time around Brent Burns, I was 100 percent sure he slipped a joke past everyone. “Dusty Crophopper,” for several reasons, sounds like A) a fake name and B) something Burns would lie about.

Lo and behold, it is not a gross euphemism Burns dug up on Urban Dictionary. Dusty Crophopper is the protagonist of the 2013 Disney animated film “Planes,” which is a (non-Pixar) sequel to “Cars.” Shorthand — he’s basically the Lightning McQueen of “Planes,” and he is voiced by Dane Cook.

There’s much more available about Mr. Crophopper should it interest you, but the video actually makes sense.

That’s basically what Doonskoi did to Drew Doughty on Friday night. Also, since Disney owns “Planes” and “Star Wars,” they should be working on a Dusty Crophopper/Chewbacca buddy movie right now.
