Mauk was suspended three times at Mizzou during his junior season and was kicked off the team in January after a video surfaced of him snorting a white powder. He will be immediately eligible to play for the Colonels after graduating from Mizzou.

Mauk went 17-5 in three seasons as a starter and led the Tigers to back-to-back SEC East titles. He threw 46 touchdowns and 19 interceptions in a Mizzou uniform.
