July will see a handful of new updates coming to the popular Nintendo Switch game, including the ability to swim and dive, and much more. But you’re here for the new critters to catch and possibly donate to the museum.

For this month, the Southern Hemisphere won’t have any new critters to find. Since it’s the winter season in the Southern Hemisphere, the critters will stay stagnant through the cold months. But in the Northern Hemisphere, summer brings a lot of new bugs and fish to find.

Players who find a new addition to their Critterpedia can also donate them to Blathers over in the museum. Our friendly owl will be happy to get some new species to display.
