Ley was best known for hosting “Outside The Lines,” a show that takes a deep look at critical issues both on and off the field. “OTL” premiered in 1990 as a monthly one-hour program with Ley hosting. The show was eventually moved to Sundays on a weekly basis before taking over an afternoon weekday start.
