The Fox Sports personality is seeking $75 million for negligence, infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy, USA Today reported.

Andrews claims Barrett, then 50, created peepholes and video her changing clothes while she was in town for a 2008 Vanderbilt football game. Barrett was arrested in 2009, pleaded guilty to stalking and distributing the nude videos and was sentenced to 30 months in jail.

It was originally reported Andrews was also suing Marriott International, but the suit against the hotel chain was dismissed several weeks ago in court. Marriott released the following statement to Omnisport:

The civil suit, which Andrews filed in 2010, is expected to begin at 9 a.m. Monday with jury selection. The trial is slated to last 10 days.
