After recording back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons, Lacy has struggled in 2015 — he has rushed for just 308 yards and two touchdowns in eight games.
Green Bay also declared QB Brett Hundley, CB LaDarius Gunter, LB Andy Mulumba, OG Lane Taylor, TE Kennard Backman and WR Ty Montgomery inactive against the Lions.
