Down to their third choice under center, the Redskins faded late and lost 28-13. Sanchez went 13 of 21 passing for 100 yards and an interception.
The Eagles endured several shaky moments even after McCoy went down, from the 90-yard Adrian Peterson touchdown they allowed to a red zone turnover by quarterback Carson Wentz. Ultimately, though, they did enough to get back to .500.
