According to a police report obtained by NBC Philadelphia, the two players were outside a Washington, D.C. nightclub when an argument turned into a physical fight just before 3 a.m. ET. It’s not clear what sparked the incident. Both players were arrested for disorderly affray, a charge for public fighting. Mills paid a “small fee” and was released, but he will have a court date unless the charges are dropped....
